Cariitti
Cariitti is a Finnish family business that offers a selection of lighting solutions as well as sauna benches and dressing room furniture made as domestic carpentry. Cariitti’s services are targeted both to consumers and professionals such as interior designers.
We built a new e-commerce for Cariitti with WordPress WooCommerce plugin. However, the real challenge was to integrate the online store into the old ERP, which did not have modern interfaces.
We implemented ERP integration fully customized. The sales process of the most important products, such as LED light profiles and sauna lighting fibers, was streamlined by creating separate sections in the online store. The end customer can order and pay for products that meet their needs exactly with the desired add-ons. We also created a sauna design tool that allows the customer to choose the benches, color and size they want and order these directly from Cariitti.
The end result is an elegant online service that is both clear to use and has become a business-critical tool for Cariitti. It has reduced manual Excel work and freed up time to focus on sales work and customer service.
